The Cookie Program PPC/Cookie Coordinator access group is exclusively for Service Unit level Cookie Sale PPCs and Cookie Coordinators and requires administrator approval to join. The Troop Level Volunteer access group is for all Troop Leaders and Troop Volunteers and also requires administrator approval.
